为响应“宁静致远”工程，促进暨南学风建设，满足同学们的需求，学生社区教育管理中心现提供毕业生离校后腾空的少量新建阳房间，接受居住在校本部非新建阳区的外招同学调整至新建阳区宿舍的申请。
一、申请条件：
1、只接受校本部学7、9、10、14、15栋整间宿舍为单位集体提交的申请，不接受个人申请及2012年珠海校区回迁同学申请。
2、不接受房间内超过两名成员在本学年有因违反宿舍纪律受到通报批评及以上不良记录的申请（如夜归三次或以上等各类违纪）
二、申请方法：
1、请有兴趣并符合条件的外招同学，于6月15日至20日的办公时间，前往我中心（新建阳16栋106室）递交纸质版申请表，逾期将不再受理。
2、请下载附件的调房申请表，按要求填写完毕后由院系签字盖章审核。
三、注意事项:
1、因房间资源紧张，若申请人数超过空余资源，无法满足全体同学的搬迁需求时，为秉承公平、公正的原则，将采取公开抽签方式进行。具体时间及方案将于6月底公布，请及时关注所在宿舍楼下通知。
2、若申请成功，申请人需服从我中心随机分配的新建阳房间，在7月上旬完成搬迁。逾期者，将收回搬迁权利。
3、新建阳两人间住宿标准为4000元/人/年。
Notice about Change Dorm to New Jianyang Zone
In order to satisfy students’ need, the dormitory education and management center decide to receive the applications about changing dormitory to New Jianyang Zone.
A、 Requirement
Only the collective application of the whole dormitory of Building 7、9、10、14、15 will be considered. Individual application will not be accepted.
Applicant dormitory cannot have record about more than two residents violated dormitory discipline in this school year. (e.g. more than three times coming back to dormitory after the prescriptive time in one month)
B、 Method
Please hand in the application to Room 106, Jianyang 16th during the period between June 15th and 20th. Overdue will not be considered.
Please download the attached form, fill in the blank of the application form and get the stamp from your school before you hand in.
C、 Note
Due to the shortage of New Jianyang Dormitory, if the numbers of applicants excess the number of vacant room, we will carry out the lottery in June to decide who can get the opportunity in an equal way. The detail information will be released in the billboard of each dorm building.
If successfully acquiring the opportunity to move to New Jianyang, you must move to the new dorm in June before the due time.
The standard of dormitory fee is 4000RMB for one person each year.
