关于组织外国留学生参加广州地区第十一届中外友人运动会的通知
各院系：
广州市外办与市体育局将于今年11月2日（周六）至3日（周日）在天河体育中心联合举办广州地区第十一届中外友人运动会。此活动旨在发挥中外友人运动会的资源优势和交流平台作用，进一步丰富在穗外籍人士的文体生活，提供促进交流、增进了解和加深友谊的良好机会。
届时将进行羽毛球、乒乓球、网球、篮球、五人足球、保龄球6个项目的比赛，现将相关事宜通知如下，请各院系做好宣传及组织报名工作：
The 9thGuangzhou Friendship Games is to be held in November 2 and 3 of 2019 by the Guangzhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office. The Friendship Games will serve as a platform for those living in Guangzhou, foreign or Chinese, to deepen friendship and better understand each other.
Competitive items include badminton, table Tennis, tennis, five-a-side basketball, five-a-side football and bowling.
一、参赛对象：我校在读外国留学生（持有外国护照）
二、报名时间：2019年10月1日—10月8日
三、报名方式：
（一）报名者需持有外国护照及在中国合法居留的有效签证；
（二）符合条件并有意报名的同学，请自行下载并填写相应报名表（详见附件），并需附上护照信息页及有效签证页的扫描件或清晰拍照件；
（三）报名参加团体项目（如五人足球、篮球、羽毛球双打、网球双打）的同学请自行组团，以团队名义报名；每人限报最多两个比赛项目，当两个比赛项目发生冲突时，只可参加一个项目的比赛；
（四）将报名材料（仅需电子版）于2019年10月7日前报到所在院系，院系辅导员进行审核及汇总，于2019年10月8日前将电子版材料报学生处外国留学生管理办公室。
Application Details:
1. The applicant must satisfy following conditions：
(1) Students of Jinan University;
(2) Foreign students with legal residential permit and valid visa.
2. Period of application:
During October 1 to October 8 of 2019
3. Application methods:
(1) Downloading application form of event applicant wish to apply for and filling in the form;
(2) Scanning or photographing the information page and visa page of applicant’s passport;
(3) Submitting the required application documents (electronic form only) to the Student Affairs Office which applicant belongs to beforeOctober 8;
(4) For team sport events (such as Football, Basketball, Badminton doubles, Tennis doubles), applicants need to select and confirm teammates by themselves.
Remark：Every player is approved to apply for at mosttwo competition items. If there is time conflict, competitor needs to choose only one of them to participate.
